Megapanel Profiles differ?

Hi Jingles, been a long time since I posted on here. Basically, i bought 6 megapanels back in 2009 then added another 17 last year to do room uplighting.

However, the built in software has changed (you can control the RGB manually now etc).. When I use the initial profile, the NEW lights don't react the same (the programmed effects don't work)

Are you aware of this and is there a solution I can work with?
