Mega Par Profile DMX Screen not working at all

I have 5 Mega Par Profiles, and one has a screen that won't light up at all when powered up. Light works in stand alone modes like Slave, Sound Active, Auto, Color Select. But screen doesn't turn on at all as in Don or Doff modes. So Is there a way to figure out what DMX mode it is in and what address it is on using MYDMX3 or the unit alone? It feels like the Up/Down buttons don't work in address mode. But they work fine when I blindly select colors.
