Mega Hex Par Secondary Mode

Hello,

I have four of the mega hex par lights and I am trying to primary/secondary then together. I have all the in’s/out’s plugged correctly, but the second light keeps blinking the ‘secnd’ text and does not work. Is this a faulty DMX socket or is there a setting I need to adjust? The lights are less than a week old from Sweetwater.

Do you experience the same problem if you only have the first and second light connected?

I unplugged the 2nd light’s DMX out from the 3rd light and it started to work just fine. So I took a closer look at the 3rd and 4th light in the chain and the 4th light was not in ‘second’ mode. I placed it in ‘secnd’ mode and everything works as expected.
