James,

Further to our recent exchanges above. I see from your comments in another post, that you now appear to be unaware of updates to MyDMX and if there will be any.

This is worrying for myself, and I am sure, all other users of the product. Have we bought in to a product with no future development prospects?
If so, I will have no option but to look at getting my retailer to take it back off my hands and I will look at the alternatives on the market.

Please could you, on behalf of all users of MyDMX, please investigate with the product manager, as to the future of the product.
I think we all need clarification on this point with a matter of urgency.

Regards,

Paul.
Paul i did talk with my product manager this morning and him and i are gonna hold a meeting later this afternoon. i Will keep you all posted. there was a meeting with out developers and i wasn't able to attend it so i am out of the loop as of right now. I Promise i will Let you all know the future of MY DMX when i find out. That's my promise and I will hold true to it.
Sincerely,
Hi James,

Many thanks for your ultra-quick response. I know you are a man of your word so I look forward to further details as you are able to publish them.

I love this software and I am still only learning its little secrets, but I am also keen to see that it is developed, as I am sure the other owners are.

Please pass on our support to the product manager and assure him/her that our support is here to back them up when they need it also.

Regards,
I know more stuff than I should so I need to check what I say as to not leak out too much information.

Just looking at the ADJ product line(s), I see multiple types of products, and with so many, enough to justify multiple product managers to cover these various types of fixtures. So, I'm assuming a lot.

I know how busy managers can get. I'm online on a conference call right now as things keep shifting back and forth. This ain't fun for me! I'm the vendor, so I'm sort of stuck, but I am committed to getting the job done.

I do have one question though regarding thew new driver: Is it safe to assume that the new 64-bit drivers are all that is needed to get the current MyDMX to work on a 64-bit release of XP or Vista?
I can't test. I'm using 32-bit XP Pro and Home(and Win2KPro).

Since my apps for the most part don't want a 64-bit OS yet, I won't be trying this for a while. I might put Vista 64-bit on my MacBook Pro if Apple says OK as well as ProTools and PhotoShop CS3 and Cakewalk and....
