Master volume dial (play)

My master volume knob has play in it, it is working perfectly but can tell its getting loose. Is it something I can tighten by opening or is it something I need to bring in somewhere to be fixed. Anyone ever open one of these VMS 4 up??? any hints?

if you open the VMS, you void the warranty and all... please get in contact with ADJ before!!!

Hey Cooleys, if your VMS4 is still under warranty (all vms4 units carry a one year limited warranty) please contact customer support at: (800) 322-6337 and obtain a 'return authorization' number. if it is still under warranty they will fix it and ship it back at no charge.
if your unit is out of warranty, Aamerican Audio will still be able to fix it for only $45 plus parts and shipping, that is a great price to know factory authorized techs are working on your unit!
