I am a Dj at a bowling alley and I am having some trouble with a touch panel that the owner purchased from American DJ. I was hoping someone could give me some advice on what should be done.
Here are the problems I am having with the touch panel. (TP-DMX24F)
1.) The "Record Chase" button is hard to activate and needs to be pressed very hard to work.
2.) My new programmed chase sequences get erased or messed up when I turn the power off and then back on. They even get messed up in the middle of a show.
3.) The "Blackout" button flickers on and off uncontrollably.
If anyone could help me with these problems I would be very greatful.
