Major Issue and frustration with MyDmx 1.0

Hi all, I purchased the MyDmx software and hardware, had issues with starting up originally, "Demo mode vs Usb mode. I got that fixed but I have not been able to light one light up... Never have at all... I am getting soo pissed for the amount I have spent thus far on lights and software. The address is set right on the lights, the software just isn't doing anything. PLEASE HELP! What fixtures are you trying to control? Are you using the correct profile and mode?
