I had both my Fog Fury Jett Pro machines working perfectly with my new EXR Battery for a couple of hours. When I noticed the battery had gone down a little (still in the green though) I plugged in the power supply to charge it. I can’t say for sure that that is when I lost connection to one of the machines, but the connection was in fact lost at some point. I have tried numerous times to turn it off and back on, and have gone through every permutation of the order of tuning off and on both the geyser and the EXR, all to no avail. The second machine immediately connects to the EXR regardless of what order I turn everything on. Both machines initially instantly connected as soon as they left Heating mode, even though the EXR was already on. Regardless, both machines were working and one suddenly quit working and will no longer connect. No green light, no red meter bars. No settings were changed before it quit working. Help!
