The reason I ask is that we have two of them and we connected them together with 1/4" speaker cable, and set one of the switches to "ext." Now when we turn both of them on, only the one that is sending out the signal actually does anything and the one with the switch changed just sits there. Are we doing something wrong?
Your problem, my friend, is if you are trying to get them to work in sync w/ each other, if you don't want to get the s-10 controller, is that you are using 'SPEAKER' cables. To link these strobes together, you have to use a stereo cable. Basically instead of the 1/4" plug having 2 conductors, mono, it needs to be a stereo. I had this problem with a 50' run that I was using at a club... I thought that the cable was too long for the signal, but I switched the cable to stereo and they worked in sync then. Try that and see if the work w/ each other and tell me how it works... djjaredd@yahoo.com
