yes it can run to the Pocket Scan intell's but the light co-pilot is not dmx, if that's what you mean. 
It can turn the pocket scans off and on, but you will have no control over the movements
It can but I will NOT recommend since everytime you shut the pocket scan down fully it needs to be restarted which takes a while for it to test it self and is not good for your light if you do it a many times a gig. I will suggets the mini/c then you can black the light out with out turning the whole thing off.

the american DJ light co-pilot is an excellent lighting controller, but as everyone has said, it is not DMX capable. For the mobile DJ it is the best controller on the market, easy to use and reliable. ADJ does make DMX capable controllers just take a look on the site
I'm getting a co-pilot and i just have some questions about it. Can it effect lights that have built in mics (like the rover and vertigo) with it's audio controls (say, for example, the light can't pick up the bass. could the co-pilot send it "commands"?) Thanks in advance.
The copilot is just an on and off device . In addition it can be used to chase lights non motorized effect light at 10 seconds each and par cans at full music chase
