LED STROBE REPAIR

I dropped my LED strobe that I just recently purchased. The plastic cover broke which I saw in the ADJ parts section, but my problem is that the LED lights do turn on but it won't do the strobe effect anymore. Any idea what part i could have damaged? Your help is really appreciated.
