Graham Central Station recently purchased your Led Pixel 10c. On your profiles are wrong. Its showing 5,4,and 32 channel modes. It should be 5,7,32,and 48 channel mode. You do however have 2 profiles with 480 ch. mode. Please help me I would like to have the 7 ch. mode. Or am I doing something wrong?

Yes, 7 ch mode has a TON of functions in it. Look at the DMX chart starting on page 15: http://www.americandj.com/pdffiles/led-pixel-10c.pdf

I'll make the profile for the LED Pixel 10C unit and it'll have all the modes in it except for the full pixel mode. for my dmx 2.0 and some other programs it is best ot patch generic RGB as a matrix. But you only need 7 channel mode so we will only worry about that for right now.

I'll have the profile done soon.
Basically it would be great to be able to have a macro that just turned one tube on at a time (random tubes would be fine on a loop) and to be able to select a set colour or set to random colour as a macro in channel 7 mode as all the other macros are really good and programming all the macros into channel 32 mode would take forever and a bit more knowledge Smiler

NOTE to anyone using this profile, Mode 3 is set for 32ch mode but it only has ONE set of RGB channels, you'll need to add in generic RGB profile after patching it and PER LEd 10C system you have! This is just a temp. solution until the multiple light beam function is enabled in my dmx 2.0
OK? Any questions, feel free to ask.

I downloaded this profile and mode 3 seems to be exactly the same as mode 1…

I really need to be able to control the 10 tubes individually. RGB control, dimmer and strobe at least.

Is this possible/ is there a profile to do this yet?
Cool, thats all of the profiles there on the newer version of the software. Will try it hooked up to the lights tomorrow. Is there issues with the visualisation of it? In the scene builder I am being shown loads of dots to represent the fixture, only so many of them actually change with the sliders as I move them, and the rest all change with the 1st channels rgb.
no, it's cool, I just wondered why all of the other change colour and flash etc when only 1-10 are being controlled… Is there any way to edit the grid in 480 channel mode to make it line up with the way the pixels in the tubes would look if you had the bars hanging vertically 1 to 10? Also, is there no way that the program will display a flash for a strobing light rather than it just being black?

Thanks for you help by the way, I'm looking forward to doing some programming tomorrow night once my ub box has arrived!
All the info I can find is there is 64 LED's per tube… At 480 channels I would guess its 16 pixels per tube… So the 1st tube would be channel 1 to channel 48, the channels would need to ascend vertically downwards on screen in scene editor, the next column would be 50 to 98, and so on.
That seems to work great, although the scene editor can get a little glitchy with the positioning of pixels. Is there any chance of doing this for the 32 channel mode, having the pixels racked up in their order the way I can with single bars, as at the moment that profile is a bit all over the place in scene editor. Any news on the Chauvet Color rail IRC's?
