Sounds to me like you bought some no name knock-offs of something or another. I hope you have some basic instructions for setting the light up using the 'digital buttons.' At a minimum you need to figure out how to set a DMX starting channel for each fixture. For a profile I would suggest experimenting with the generic profiles for an LED fixture using just basic 3-channel RGB and see what happens. There should be some other variations as well to play with in the library. Hopefully you will find something usable - as for getting an exact match if it is more exotic, you need again a tech sheet for the fixtures to describe what modes they are capable of with descriptions of mode functions. there may be a generic rgb profile that will work. Or you could create your own. Just look through the profile library where you select your fixtures.
