Led Messenger Problems

Hello Forum.
I have problems with my Led Messenger, I can not get it to display the text that I select in program 1 when in dmx mode with a dmx value of 20, have tried to follow the manual very carefully but without success. Are there some who have experience with this?

Djtaz, you are probably more better off simply emailing support at americandj dot com

We had to refer Kurt to the overseas service office that is why we had requested his email. You would be much faster helped by simply calling our service line mon-fri 9am- 5pm pacific standard time.
1-800-322-6337 and ask for Tech Support.
