Leaky Ultimate Haze

I know this is a ******* light but maybe someone still has some help.

My ultimate haze has a bad habbit of the haze condensing and running down the side making an awful mess. For the last 2 shows I'v had to put it ontop of a plastic tub's lid so that I didn't ruin the floor. We sent it back and they said nothing was wrong. Any suggestions?

If you're referring to the hazer made by chau*v*e*t, I've been told they found a factory defect in all of them, yes, every single one of them. I almost bought one until I learned of that, then I bought the ADJ hazer, its double the output anyways, so i'm happy.
