We just bought a Mister Kool for our high school auditorium. Works great, except that the melted ice leaks all over the stage. We've got the bag connected, and valve opened, and some of the water ends up flowing to the bag. However, some water (actually, a lot) tends to leak out all over the place. Is this normal?
