Today, I had to call parts twice. Fairly positive experience.
First, I had to order those gel frame clips for some Par38's. Not a problem. In stock. I need 12, I ordered 20. I like to have spares.
Now my second call, and had I checked earlier, I would not have needed to make a second call. My bad. My Big Shot reflector got all yucko because I had a leak in my truck last year and that fixture(among others) got wet. Turns out they don't stock this part. Oh well, we're only talking about a fairly inexpensive fixture, so I'm just going to purchase a new one in a few days.
Other than long hold times, service once I reached an individual was great.
Leak in the truck? Yes. Bought a used U-Haul to lug my large sound company around in. Had a leak in the box. Well, it's much larger now, some dullard nailed the overhead compartment, so now I have a big dent in there and athe areas where the leaks were(front corners) are now popped wide open. This rain in California sucks right now. Been stiffed on quite a few jobs, so haven't been able to get it fixed. I'm getting tired of filing lawsuits.
