When I select sound activate mode. I noticed a lag on the lights. How can I fix it. I would like the lights in sync with the music. Is this a software issue. I just bought a new Amazon Fire tablet a few weeks ago.

Are you using a DMX value in the channels of the fixtures to put them into sound active, or are you using the Auto button in the app?
If using a DMX value, then it is all about the lights programming and mic sensitivity settings etc, the app is no longer doing anything other than keeping the value on the sound active via DMX active, that it.
I added a video explaining what I'm doing and I'm using the sound activate from the apps. The sound mode lags. I also bought an aux to mic adapter and connected it from my mixer to my tablet. It worked a little better but the music is out of sync. Check out the video and let me know what I can do to fig the latency.
