Jogwheel Radius 3000

I just buyed 2 radius 3000 players,
But the jogwheels from the store i bought them are in the showroom more smooth and you can make bigger rotations with that. Now my own jogwheels are less smooth and don't make a full circle.

Is there a setting i can do to make the jogwheels go smoother or less smooth on deck?
