Jellydomes & DMX vs UC3

I recently ordered (haven't received yet), 2 Jellydomes and a UC3 remote.
I was hoping the remote would enable me to select the color of the Jellydomes. I've since learned that's not possible.

Can I pick up a basic DMX controller like the American DJ RGB 3C, or the Chauvet Obey-3 and control both Jellydomes, including all of the functions of the UC3 plus the color control? I have no real knowledge of DMX, and the RGB 3C seems to be marketed toward for uplighting use...

Question 2: If so, could I also use the same RGB 3C to control a couple LED par cans behind a facade.. or even more for uploighting someday? And if not, is there ANY dmx controller that would allow me to sync the Jellydomes with LED par cans? I think it would be cool if my facade were lit in the same shades as the Jellydomes...
