Jellydome

Just got 2 jellydomes and I'm trying to run them master/slave. I got them to mimic each other rotation wise, but the colors won't mimic each other. Just wondering if that's how it's suppose to be or is the a problem with the programming on one of the jellydomes? Any help or info would be appreciated

in master/slave mode, the lights should match exactly. Please contact ADJ Support at 323.213.4592

After purchasing 2 jellydomes, turns out one of them had an older program chip in it. The support staff at American dj were so helpful at helping me resolve my problem. After working out an exchange, a new jellydome came in the mail today & it works perfect in master/slave mode. For all the great customer service I've decided to purchase my uplights from adj. so far I have 4 jelly par profiles, and I'm working on getting 4 more. Thanks adj.
