Issue with Mega Bar LED in 2ch DMX mode! Help!

Hello!

I have an issue with my mega bar led panels.

The Mega Bar is in 2ch DMX mode. And what I want to do is to make the macro/program go faster.

As you can see in the video, there is not much difference in speed between ch2 at 0% = slow speed, and ch2 at 100% max speed.

Is this correct? Or is there something wrong with my controller or the Mega Bar itself? All 4 Mega Bars behave the same. I have tried 2 different DMX controllers.

I can also add that when selecting the same macro/program in program mode (non dmx, no external controller) you can set the program speed on the fixtures display menu. The fastest setting in that menu makes the program go waaay much faster than i can make it go with my dmx desk...

How long have you had these for? Were they always doing this? where did you buy them from? Have you asked the local shop to test a different unit with your controller to see if they all do it?

I have had them for a few months, but did not use them with an external dmx desk until now.

I bought them from an internet shop. I was hoping that posting on this forum, someone could tell me if what you see in the video is normal, or if it is possible to make the program go faster like in program mode.

Then i will contact my vendor and make a claim if i can get a confirmation that something is not right with my gear.
