Interface not recognised

Hi all,

have been waiting for response on "Support NO!" topic...

anyone else having this problem.....

New 2.0, loaded onto pc with windows 7 ultimate, installed with and without interface connected, complete new install with and without interface and still not recognised....

Can anyone help as this is getting silly!!

I had something similar Happen. Windows 7 Pro, 64 bit. Halfway through the show the lighting just turned off, I rebooted the software, when it re opened it opened in demo mode, did this several times swapped cables, unplugged every other unnecessary usb peripheral. Finally after starting MyDMX 1 in USB mode, MyDMX2.0 started to function again.

MyDmx1 shouldnt have ANY effect on MyDmx2....software, hardware, and drivers are all different. I will copy your message and send it to the design team to check out
