Well, I posted to the forum five days ago....then I sent a direct message to support@americandj.com and I still have no answer to my questions that I asked in the thread below.

The question Tony asked is not a service issue and should not reflect on our ability to provide customer service. It is a sales issue that should be addressed to your local dealer. The item model number is LTS50-IBEAM, they are in stock at this moment, the price is $59.95 and any dealer can order one for Tony.
