Hello i bought a galaxian sky laser, but when i switch on in automatic sound active, i never saw the Liquid Sky.
I have no DMX and i would like to know how to obtain this desired effect of Liquid Sky ? Because i tried to see all the 19 effect programed entering into the ShNd menu, but i did not see this liquid sky effect.
Please help me.

nope that is actually not in the manual. All it says in the manual is pattern 1 pattern 2 etc etc. I too was "suckered" into thinking it was able to do it in dmx mode. but it didn't. disappointing? Yes. Did i hate the product cause of it? NO! that is still one of my favorite lasers. Until we make something better. haha.
Sincerely,
Well, then I suppose you won't have to wait very long. It appears ADJ keeps coming out with better and better products.

That Vizio spot, now there's a good one! I would like to try the new LED X-Spot Plus though, before I buy. But that's something for next year.

Thank goodness ADJ has the sense to listen to customers and respond as best they can by providing the products we want, and typically hitting with prices that are affordable.
READ this comment to learn how to achieve the desired "Liquid Sky" effect!

I too recently purchased the GALAXIAN SKY DMX Laser and was surprised when I was unable to "see" the "liquid sky" effect. I had run through the 18 pre-programmed "shows" as noted in the User Instruction manual. When I read the response to "gleveque" from "Jingles" I naturally became concerned that I had bought the wrong laser; I really wanted the "liquid sky" effect. I wound-up calling the Customer Service number noted on the Home Page of this site and spoke to a gentleman who was courteous and knowledgeable as to the GALAXIAN SKY DMX Laser. He assured me that the "Sky" laser does provide the "liquid sky" effect and he explained that in order to "see" this very cool effect you must have FOG in the room. Thankfully I have a mini-fogger and the next evening I fired the fogger up for a few moments and then got to the Sky Laser. WOW! It was immediately obvious that the Sky Laser was everything it was presented as being! This is a truly awesome effect. As the fog dissipates however the "liquid sky" effect goes away leaving only an electric green beam that splays around the room. This too is a cool effect but not what I was hoping for when I purchased this laser. I am very happy with my decision to purchase this leaser and recommend it to anyone who is seeking an ambient alternative to a straight-up laser. I also have the GALAXIAN 3-D DMX Laser and although both lasers are uniquely cool, I find that you cannot use the two respective devices simultaneously and still retain the "liquid sky" effect (i.e., the "3-D" laser is too bright and overpowers the "Sky" laser). So, you simply have to pick your spot and use one or the other - not both at once - in order to achieve a very cool and satisfying blanket of light. Keep up the great work ADJ!
