Not so much a gig log, and not the most exciting programming, but I found a way to make some additional money with simple lighting jobs.

HS Choral Concert Video

Stevie Ray Entertainment had the honor of providing some additional accent lighting for a local High School's Spring Choir Concert on Sunday May 15th, 2011. Eight moving heads were provided, and programmed to accent the mood of each song. Here are some snippets of the lighting during the concert. The provided lighting included 4 Martin Minimac Profile's and 4 American DJ Vizi LED Spots.

Nice. Reminds me of what I just finished myself with the Disney Broadway stuff at least. Wondering why you didn't do the fixtures on stage though? Allows for much nicer effects and modes that way. When I get home I will post a video to show you what I mean from thee show I am talking about.
Ouch. I feel you there Stevie. I had to hold house opening night for 15 minutes because I said I needed the room to myself from 6 PM to 6:30 PM to clean up my cues and informed the powers that be of that fact. Well, 6:30 PM rolled around and middle school students were still rehearsing on the stage... So I started to check my cues and do my clean up. Needless to say, it was a pain because I had to kill the house lights and every time I went through a blackout, all the kids screamed...
Sweet. Share the wealth Stevie Big Grin.

Here is the one video I was talking about and here is the other. Password on both is 'BN2011'. The second one you can here me giving orders and trying to fix issues with the wireless (gotta love wireless Roll Eyes), so much so that I missed a cue... My camera also ended up dieing part way through the last song so I cut it. But it had quite a bit of behind the back effect stuff for soloists, so I thought it was a good example minus all the issues.
