How can i have a headphone sound by using the internat mixing mode???

Hi all again i found that the problem for switching of my controler is the shitty asio sound card etc etc...The problem is that when i use external mixing mode my controler stops , disconected from the computer and stoped working...I faced that problem by using the new Asio4All and by using the internal mixing mode from Traktor software that i use...The only problem is that i cant hear the other decks playing with my cue buttons on the VMS4... even if i had maped them on the software...
SO does anyone can help me and tell me how to find a sound by using the internal mixing mode on traktor???
