Help with Quad Phase

check your email

Do you think it would be more helpful to others who are running Quad Phase lights for you to post the solution here rather than say "check your email"? I have a Quad Phase light and would like to know the solution if I should run into this same problem when setting them up using MyDMX 2.0

tony, the email i sent was a corrected file....which comes out in the upgraded releases there was nothing to write on here inreguards to this post

Understandable. I didnt mean to come off as an ass.

I see forums as a database for information. If someone should search the forum for "Quad Phase" or any other lighting, and come across this or a similar post, theres no information letting the user know that the profile was updated. Not everyone typically updates their software every time they start it. Unless im mistaken, I dont think MyDMX 2.0 updates automatically or does it?

From what I have seen in the various posts about MyDMX 2.0 on here, More information would be helpful.

didnt come off that way....just wanted to write a reply so you knew why i posted that.... updates are manualy downloaded and installed by customers.... i try to do my best on keeping the files updated on here and the web guys keep up with me as much as they can :-)
