Help with Chauvet Sweeper, 6 spot problem

Hi, I'm a newbie, I can't seem to get the visualizer to show beams, etc. for these two fixtures. I have imported the profiles for both from jingles dropbox links. I have setup many other profiles and all have worked in visualizer except these. Are others having this prob, or am I just doing something stupid.

Hi, here's additional info on my problem. When a try to do an effect, I only see Pod 6 moving, but still no beam in the visualizer.

Hi, Thanks for the reply.
I'm going to return the Sweeper Light anyway and won't buy the 6spot, so not a problem anymore.
The light functioned correctly thru mydmx, but the visualizer didn't visualize it.

I am however about to buy the blizzard Polaris 30
light and have not been abler to find a profile for that for mydmx 1.0. Should I get a copy of the manual and send to you?
