UNPLUG THE UNIT FIRST!
Let the oil dry, well actually oil doesn't dry, but try letting it sit for 24 hours.
See the scratching on the PSX works, because on the bottom of the jog wheel there are a bunch of little teeth at the outer edge, it looks like a cogs teeth. These are actually timing marks, a laser passes through these teeth and is able to track the movement of the jog wheel. Now you may have inadvertantly by spraying oil in there, clouded up or redirected the laser, thus rendering the jog wheel unfunctional. As I stated let it sit for about a day then retry it. If you are still having problems, call into tech support.

BTW, for anyone who may try this in the future...DON'T, You cannot properly reach the bearings of the jog wheel, without opening the unit, which will void your warranty.
