Help I just got pockets and they broke!

I just got my two pocket scans in today and , they were both giving me awesome shows. And then later that night I tried to use them and the second one didnt work?!? it wouldnt turn on ? the laser would work, but the lights wouldnt... I am guessing burnt out bulb , but I hear a clicking noise , if i turn it on then turn it off then turn it on again for some reason (the clicking doesnt stop, and the fixture doesnt run through its check programs) I am calling support tomorrow and getting a new one shipped hopefully!, I waited so long for the darn things to come in , then they broke... ugh! Mad I know this isnt usual but it has happened to me with my last three purchases with adj.......... bad luck i guess Confused Either then that I was very impressed with this product Big Grin 2 thumbs up ADJ!

But someone help me!

The same thing happened to me, but with two barell intel's from another company, just one didnt turn on at all. I think there is something in the brains of the light, like a reset switch or something, that tells it something. I dunno, because I hit mine where the brains are and it worked. :/ go figure

so true, hit it and it works! Big Grin i did his to my computer(kinda jacked it up), hit me pocket scan to activate the sound, and i am about to kick out AOHell.

and most people end up waiting for a long period of time to send in their broken light, and get a new one, when hitting it (not hard of course) where it's brains are. Its like a dumb person, it doesnt care what you say so you smack it upside the head and PrEsTo! It's good as new. Big Grin
