Help DMX buddy no response

Hi software loaded, buddy inserted and detected, correct patch made, fixture set to dmx address (Red light solid, green light flashing on buddy) fixtures unresponsive? Tried on Moving Head and an ADJ Starburst and nothing they just sit there waiting......

Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated.

Using widows 10 - tried 2015 dowload and 2014 version and reistalling drivers etc.

Do the fixtures indicate they are getting DMX or no? Typically this would be the LEd display for the menu flashes when they are not getting DMX. Let me know.

Hi yes that's right, dmx just address flashes I've tried it on vbars and it definitely does that.

So definitely not getting dmx signal, have tried on another computer windows 8 and still the same.

Oh ok. Seems like the DMX chip in the buddy went out. They are very easy and cheap to replace. The chips are probably less than 5 dollars. Email me directly and I can give you all the details and options.
