HELP ASAP PLEASE!

Hi There
Right, got VMS 4. Plugged in, installed all bundled software. I open Traktor Pro and load up Freshflukes VMS4 mappings. BUT when I load them up none of them appear in the controller-manager page. It says it's done it but theres nothing there. Also, if I manually press play on a song, nothing comes out of the headphones... any ideas? please help asap have gig tomorrow night and old controller died on me! ARGH

Doesn't appear to. When I click the dropdown box and select VMS4 or Faderfox - both of them are completely empty. I'm running version 1.2.1 - I'm trying to upgrade it but it's asking for my serial number and I can't find it ANYWHERE!

traktor when you click on the logo to the right and comes out the serial number
