if you are using Virtual DJ LE bundled with the VMS4 the Mixer is not mapped out to prevent user who from using both the EQ on the VMS4 and software EQ see pre/post mode on page 19 of your manual. If you are using VDJ pro all the mixer is on the definition simply go to mapper press the "add" on the GUI and turn the knob you'd like to add on the VMS4 then use VDJ script or action learn.
