Jingles, is no longer the Moderator, hasn't been for a couple years from what I can tell.

There was JW Pardee but he seems to have disappeared since at least May of 2013. I doubt anyone official will be responding to this.

I recommend, putting a Generic RGB in its slot, with 2 single channels. Or try another manufacturers Par 64. RGB Dimmer Strobe is a fairly common combination, you might find a profile that works under a different name.
