Thanks! Tech support suggested I send them in but because I bought them used they are most likely not under warranty. I am semi savy with fixing electronics. With the issues I am having, does it sound like replacing the power supply could remedy my problems? And is the internal microphone part of the power supply? I could not find it in the list of replacement parts.
