HALP with scene builder, circles and steps not working right

Ok, s first up my lights (venue led thinpar64) in the scene builder tool show up as circles that I can't always move. Wut? The other thing I'm having is when building scenes I create set the lights I want and hit next step and it deletes it. I did just upgrade from 1.0 to 2.0. So I'm not sure if something special changed. The manual is useless and I'm fairly frustrated atm so sorry for being terse and sarcastic.

Have you watched the FAQ My DMX 2 videos? you can search Youtube and they should come up.

Did you use the same show file from your 1.0 set up and import it into 2.0? If the venue thinpar has two circles right next to each other but they move together no matter which one you choose, thats a profile issue. It's reading the profile as a two light output fixture. does that make sense? I can fix it for you if this is the case.

No, they move independantly but only when there's no fx in the grid. I was able to create the .dlm on a pc and I'm going to move it over to a mac to see if it works. If not, oh well.
