When I got the 3.0 interface I purchased the life time license and it is asking me know to repurchase it again.

Well it looks like I own a fancy mydmx3 dongle brick. Every time I open the software (current version and current firmware) the app crashes. I been going back and forth with dmxsoft to be told that its my issue and not a problem with their firmware. I am running the latest macOS available for my mac (macOS Catalina 10.15.7. The tech at dmxsoft says its not the latest OS. So I will know start looking for a new product to run lights off of since this product is OOS. Kind of bad deal if you pay for the life license and its worthless.
