I have 3 Galaxian Lasers - one of them has lost it's brightness on red and green both - can't use it with the others as it looks way out of place - cleaned the outside lens, and yes, it is set for 130 Volts ac ?

I am sorry to say this, but your Galaxian probably needs to be serviced. There's no setting on it that will dim the laser output.
Please call 800-322-6337 and obtain a repair number. You'll need to have serial number when calling.

PS - I am a mobile DJ - Not a Bedroom DJ, and have been for 30 years - can someone tell me how to correct that.......
Call Service. They may be able to work you through something over the phone first before you do end up having to send it in.
Then again, you may just end up having to send it in anyways. If it's under warranty, you're only out the cost of the shipping to them.

Paul. The bedroom and mobile titles on your post simply reflect your post count on the forums. Your a "newbie" on the forums so your "title" is considered a starter which would be bedroom Dj. Take me for example. I am not a Dj at all. Lighting is my area but I still have the tag.

Chris - Thank You also - I did communicate with Ernie Santiago - svc mgr - I think they want me to send it in - but I've learned that the warrantee is only 90 days on these, so mine may not qualify - however all three of them have been purchased since 2009...
I asked about repair cost - worst case scenario - says it could range from $200 - $50...Don't know if that means they usually charge $200 - but maybe as little as $50 - but if it's $200, I'd just as soon put another $130 with that and buy a brand new one - sell the used one for $130 - still works fine for a small room - just not as powerful as the other two....

It's not broken - it works just fine, but not

I would agree with Paul that it makes more sense to just say "screw it" and get a new one.
However, this also brings up why I don't buy certain gear used. There are unfortunately too many bad sellers out there on the private secondary market.

I would never sell something to anyone that would knowingly be junk - If I sold them this, they'd be able to look at it - locally and decide whether they wanted it or not - would not represent it as being good as new....
