FX mode

I run accuspot 300 using the myDMX software. I mount the accu's on platforms on top of tri pods with the rotating heads facing up. Fx mode is designed to control the lights when they re hung upside down, right now when i run the FX mode the beams of light shoot towards the cieling i want them to shoot towards the dance floor. Is there any way to invert the FX mode so that they will shoot towards the floor.

I am in the process of learning MyDMX as well, and would love some insight on this issue. Is there a way we can start a thread for "best practices"? I am finding the software easy to learn, but, I am certain I am making many mistakes and doing way too much work in some areas. Thanks!!

ok. if you want to start a new thread about that topic please feel free to do so. also for inverting the pan and tilt if your using the pan and tilt effects tab you can simply click on the cross with arrows at the end and then move the preset shape to any area on that grid. hope this helps. if not let me know.
