I have recently started using a stage desk 16 and I'm getting having only one major problem. When I'm in manual mode sometimes the chase I am running will all of the sudden just shut off. Say I am running chase #1 on the top row, when I leave it on for a while it just shuts off. The only way to get it back on is to turn off that chase button...turn on a different chase...turn that one off...then go back to it. Does this sound like a hardware problem....with the stage desk? I was wondering if maybe it was running with the tap sync button..if so how do you completely turn off the tap sync or audio? Thanks for the help.

call 800 322 6337 ask for support someone should help you. the chase can be stopped by moving the speed all the way down this allows you to use the step button to step through the steps.
