Fog Storm 1700 HD DMX address problems

Hi
My son is at the MALL OF AMERICA doing a PRO level Laser light show. The 1700 HD comes with a DMX remote that is in the first position as per the manual, It will only work with 1 as the DMX address. The software will have to all be rewritten unless the address can be changed. There is NOTHING in the manual, and nothing on line I can find to help.

Any suggestions

Gary,
The instruction manual is referring to the first DMX timer that was made. Since then it has been changed to work with any DMX address.

Try addressing any channel besides channel 1 to determine if you have an old version.
