Fog Machine Problem

I Need someone's help and I'm not sure how quickly support will get back to me....

I own a FOG HOG JR. II that I purchased a few years back. I only use it for Halloween and when I tried to run it this year, the following happens:

The fogger will heat up and the button on the remote will turn off, indicating that the fogger is ready for use. When I press the button and hold it down, the fogger will shoot out small, short bursts of fog, but not the steady stream and not nearly the correct amount of fog that should be coming out if it were operating correctly.

Anone know what could be wrong or how to fix it?

this is caused by deposits in the heater itself causing the fogger not to function at its maximum. Usually you will have to buy a fog cleaner. See this link... http://www.americandj.com/product.asp?ProductIDNumber=892&cat=Fog_Juice

plus too, if you store you fogger and won't be using it for over a month, the fog cleaner will clean up all of your deposits.

HOWEVER if you only use it for Halloween it is likely that just running cleaner won't clear out the deposits, it will be too clogged.

**The bottle disclaims that any deposits other than minor ones will not be corrected by using a cleaner.

You can decide whether it is worth taking it in for service.

My suggestion is if you ONLY use it for Halloween rent one from your local DJ company, or dealer.
