Fog in Ohio!

I didn't know what forum to post this in...Yesterday I was talking to a fire marshall about using pyrotechnics when he brought up fog. He brought it to my attention that a law is working to be passed to ban fog because it hinders fire escape! I personally think this is rediculous! I feel it is a duty of anyone in this forum from Ohio to seek out more information and start a petition!
