Focus spot connection problems

I have 2 ADJ focus spot 4z’s and I can connect them to my lightboard, but I can not control them is this a connection issue or something else I’m missing?

Hi, do the fixtures display screen flash while it is plugged into DMX to your board? if yes, then that means they are not receiving DMX.
If the display is not flashing and connected to your board then it is getting DMX but you maybe need to double check the DMX addresses and also which fixture button you are trying to use as most traditional style boards have blocks of channels on each fixture button, does that make sense?
