Hello, My church has four of the Tri7X par lights and we have loved them. We use the elation magic260 to run these. We have been running them all as one fixture so each light acted as one. I have decided to change it so they were all run as their own light. At first, this worked fine. Then the problems started. first i couldnt controll one of the lights. It would stay green. I managed to fix this but i don't remember what i did. It then worked fine again.
Now we have been trying to use the master fader to turn the lights off and three out of four turn off but the other is green. I am then able to select the fixture and turn either the dimmer down or turn the green off. I can't seem to find the solution to this.
Also, when ever i try to use the blackout function, three of the lights will turn off but the same one that i am having trouble above, turns blue.
I know with this board,you have to download the light settings to the board. Is this something that needs to be updated?
