I have recently purchased the MyDMX GO device and have kind of figured out how to use it. The fixtures i created are not showing in the app after being created on the new cloud site. They show no errors and are validated. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. The cloud profile builder webpage seems to be off the edges of my screen both left and right and there might be a save or button i can’t get to. I’m using an iPad with currents iOS and have tried using Chrome and Safari. All other web pages i visit display normally. i have also been on WiFi and data and refreshed each time. Any ideas?
