James, the channels you setup for this fixture do not match what is displayed on page 10 of this manual. And consequently, I am only able to control the color of my fixture output for the first one in the chain. Can you take another look? Or perhaps help me understand what I'm doing wrong? In MyDMX, when I change the color for a handful of these VRL Par241, only the first one changes, despite the others being setup on their own channel.

The profile matches exactly what is on that chart value for value.
If you want to do RGB color mixing on all of them first make sure you have the dimmer channel all the way to either 249 or 255. And then click the Red channel once and then hold down the SHIFT key on your keyboard and then click the red channel once more and drag the fader up and down and all of them will be red providing you turned the dimmer on for all of the fixtures as well. do the same for the green and blue channels.
Let me know if this is what is happening.
FYI, a profile can never make a DMX fixture not work properly if the fixture is addressed correctly.
