Fixture not tilting

Hi,

We have a couple of Equinox Swing Battens and have them set up in mydmx2.1 and they don't swing in the 3d visualiser. The ssl file loads up ok and shows all the colours but they don't appear to have any tilt movement in the 3d visualiser.

Can anyone shed any light on this.
