The latest myDMX software and library has a fixture profile for the Theatrix Pro, but only for 7-channel mode. I need one for the same fixture but for 19-Channel mode.
Can anyone assist?

Hi mf, welcome to the forums.
I can't really make a single profile for this fixture for 19 channel mode. My DMX doesn't really allow for more than one set of RGB channels let alone RGBW to be used in the same file. So what you can do is use 4 of the RGBW profiles in the "_Generic" folder and then i can make you a custom 3 channel profile for you too tack onto the last 3 channels for each one of your fixtures.

Sort of; so basically I'm defining 4x 7-Channel custom profiles for each one of the Theatrix units I have? So then do I physically put the fixture into 7-channel mode in order to operate with this profile via myDMX?

No, you are patching RGBW segments per each "circle" of LEds on the fixture and then I will send you a "custom" 3 channel profile for you to patch at the end of the RGBW channels and you repeat this process for as many of the fixtures you have. Make sense? Here is a screen shot example. The RGBW profile I have circled in red should already be in the "_Generic" folder in the library. Take a look.
